The State Labor Inspection Service under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population determined that the payment of 165.6 thousand manats of social benefits to workers was delayed during the investigation of citizen appeals in 10 months of this year.
Oku.Az informs that the State Labor Inspection Service has published information in this regard.
It was reported that as a result of the actions taken by the service, the relevant employers paid those funds to employees. 86 percent of the funds were salaries, the rest consisted of social benefits and compensation, compensation for damages.
It was also determined that the employment contracts of 53 workers were illegally terminated in January-October of the current year. The measures adopted by the State Labor Inspection Service guaranteed the restoration of these workers to their previous jobs.
