The Civil Guard, within the framework of the operation ‘Krokmou’, dismantled a drug sales point in the town of Mijas, Malaga, and arrested a woman for crimes against public health, assault on a law enforcement officer and injuries.
The investigation began after learning of the existence of a house in the town where it was being sold. retail drugmainly cocaine and heroin, to consumers in the area, the Civil Guard said in a statement.
At this address lived a woman who took care of illicit activity and that he had numerous criminal records for drug trafficking.
For this reason, the entry and search of the home were authorized by the judicial authority, during which they were surprised by the intervention of a potentially dangerous breed of dog that the woman had in the house and which provoked the officerscausing up to ten bites to one of them, causing injuries to various parts of his extremities that required medical attention and from which he continues to recover.
Eventually, the dog’s attacks were contained until veterinary services arrived. In the registration made 1,083 euros allegedly obtained from the sale of the drug were seized.
The resident of the house was arrested for offences against public health, attacks on law enforcement and injuries, thus dismantling a very active drug sales point. The action was carried out by members of the Main post of the Civil Guard of Mijas.
