Elmira Rasulova, the mother of Sergeant Sh.R, a military official at the Ministry of Defense, claims that her daughter has not been granted military rank for 3 years.

Speaking to “Qafqazinfo”, the mother noted that her daughter works as an operator in one of the ministry’s military units and has successfully completed the officer course.

He says that his daughter, who is a lawyer by profession, was supposed to receive the rank of “lieutenant” for 3 years, but was delayed for unknown reasons:

“My daughter has a higher education and is an athlete. With the order of the Minister of Defense in 2021 and the phoneme signed by the head of the Personnel Department, 6 military women were sent to the Pakistan Military Academy for 6 months from 25.11 .2021 In the phonegram, the soldiers who successfully completed the course were committed to granting the military rank of “lieutenant”. After the return of 6 girls, they were awarded the rank of “lieutenant”. and even though my daughter Sh.R graduated with honors, she was not given the rank for 3 years, even if we address it, no answer is given.”

Elmira Rasulova said they appealed to the Baku Administrative Court and the judicial process ended on October 31.

“On October 31, under the presidency of Judge Emin Abdullayev, the complaint filed by my daughter regarding the illegal extension and non-granting of the military rank of “lieutenant” after her posting to the Pakistan Military Academy and after his return, according to the commitment made by the Ministry of Defense, during the trial the judge prevented me from speaking as a representative. During the process he announced a pause of 15 to 20 minutes on each occasion. The Ministry of Defense did not officially oppose the promotion. from my daughter presented all the necessary documents and evidence before the court and created the conditions for the title to be granted. Furthermore, the ministry representative did not reach any process.

The author added that his daughter and other soldiers were sent to Pakistan for six months while the Ministry of Defense did not pay their travel allowance:

“We had to cover the expenses ourselves and filed a civil lawsuit in court for the ministry’s non-payment of travel expenses. In addition, my daughter was granted veteran status as a participant in the Second War of War. Karabakh and received a monthly allowance of 80 manats for a year. Then certificates and medals began to be issued, but my daughter was not issued any medals or veteran cards, even her veteran allowance was suspended for no reason. a separate lawsuit before the Court Administration of Baku”.

The press service of the Ministry of Defense reported that the case of Sh.R.

In response to our investigation, the Baku Administrative Court said that if the party is not satisfied with the decision, it can appeal to the higher court.
