New judges were assigned to the Baku Serious Crimes Court.
According to “Qafqazinfo”, this decision was made due to the shortage of judges in the court.
Those sent are Ganja Serious Crimes Court Judge Roman Alakbarli and Binagadi District Court Judge Aygun Gurbannova.
Samir Aliyev, judge of the Baku Serious Crimes Court, was sent to the Surakhani District Court.
It should be noted that the majority of proceedings in the Serious Crimes Court have not been carried out for some time. The reason is that two judges were appointed to the higher court, one retired and another died suddenly while playing football.
