The personnel shortage in the system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia is almost 174 thousand people, said the official representative of the department, Irina Volk.
“As of November 1 of this year, the staff shortage of the internal affairs bodies amounted to 173.8 thousand units or 18.8% of the staff.” – he stated.
