The illegal construction of a six-story residential building (owned by “Korpe” MTK) located at Abbasgulu agha Bakikhanov Street, 38/56, Nasimi district of Baku, was prevented.

It was reported that the illegal construction was prevented by the Main Department of Architecture and Urban Planning of the city of Baku.
Thus, as a result of the monitoring carried out by the General Administration employees in the urban planning control order, the fact of opening a portal and installing a flight of stairs in two window spaces in the apartment located on the 1st floor was discovered. of said building without the relevant permits.
On November 13, the illegal works were stopped and dismantled and the relevant institutions were informed so that they could take the appropriate measures. However, on November 26, during a new inspection of the area by the General Administration, the fact of the illegal installation in that apartment was again discovered, preventing the attempt and ensuring the demolition.
