Blogger Gadzhi Gadzhiev was detained in the Moscow region

Security forces detained blogger Gadzhi Gadzhiev for running on the Odintsovo highway, where there were injuries. This was reported by the press service of the Moscow Region Prosecutor’s Office.

“In case of suspicion of having committed an accident as a suspect in accordance with art. 91 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the Russian Federation, an autoblogger was detained. The corresponding message was received by the Odintsovo city prosecutor’s office. “In the near future, the court, with the participation of a representative of the prosecutor’s office, will consider the question of choosing a preventive measure against the 26-year-old man,” – the message said.

The accident occurred on November 16. On one of the toll sections of the highway in the Odintsovo area, Gadzhiev, driving a BMW, ran over people who were on the side of the road. As a result, two people were injured.

A criminal case has been initiated under part 2 of Art. 264 and art. 267.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (violation of traffic rules and operation of vehicles and actions that threaten the safe operation of vehicles).
