An administrative protocol was drawn up regarding Elnur Abbas oghlu Abbasov, known as “Kurd Elnur” on social media.
According to Modern.az, Elnur Abbasov was charged by the relevant institution with article 590.2 of the Administrative Code according to) an administrative protocol was drawn up.
The case will be heard in the Astara District Court under the presidency of Judge Shafiga Meybullayeva.
It should be noted that in 2020, Elnur Abbasov, who has lived in prison many times, came to the fore with his videos that circulated on social networks. He drove a BMW car belonging to an acquaintance in the capital’s Surakhani district into a ravine.
Subsequently, as a result of the search operation carried out by employees of the General Directorate against Organized Crime based on the information received, the previously convicted Elnur Abbasov was detained with firearms and drugs. When a personal search was carried out, 1 pistol, 4 cartridges, 1 comb and more than 7 grams of heroin were found and taken.
