The “Aldama plot” and the Interior mafia

In the traviata that Victor de Aldama sang last Thursday, he involved several of the relevant government ministers. Not to these small ministers who have to pinch themselves every day to believe that they really are, but to those who are part of the hard core of Moncloa.
For now, everyone has chosen to despise the “character” and devalue the accusations, but in Spain we know that the confessions of these criminals, although made out of malice, always end up being true. This is why the majority of Spaniards (65% according to polls) consider these statements to be credible and are outraged by certain guys, as stupid as Sánchez himself, who practically ignore the very serious accusations.

Through cynicism and double standards, they criticize the behavior of others without being able to examine their own and are, moreover, sheltered from any external criticism. The explanation for this indolence lies in the commitments they have already made and in the nature of the relationships they have already established and which are those of a mafia gang; subjected to codes which allow them no scruples and, above all, which make them active and passive subjects of the law of silence which prevails in these organizations. This law which prevents them from recognizing any inappropriate act on the part of a member of their group, no matter how obvious it may be, but which at the same time makes them untouchable. Otherwise, how would it be possible that Fernando Grande-Marlaska remains minister?

Never have so many reasons been accumulated on an accusation (unworthy policy of ETA prisoners, Melilla, secret flights and hot returns of emigrants, illegal dismissal of Colonel Pérez de los Cobos, convictions of the Supreme Court, hoaxes of the cul and day of pride in the face of the opposition, flight from Puigdemont, etc.), not only for his voluntary resignation, which would depend on a moral height that he obviously does not have, but for his immediate and unconditional dismissal.

But now, in the Aldama Fielda good number of comical interventions by himself or his Ministry are revealed. And these are not accusations from those who say Aldama has yet to prove, but rather indisputable facts. The most notable is the stunt in Barajas with the vice president of Venezuela, during which a handful of laws, security protocols and arrest warrants were violated, inventing, even in Parliament itself, another handful of data, stories and exonerations.

But there are other issues which, although we will have to finish investigating and clarifying, already constitute at this stage major scandals for which Marlaska is ultimately responsible: Commander Villalba, interior attaché at the embassy of Venezuela, is being prosecuted for having been the connector of the plot with the Civil Guard; Colonel Francisco José Vázquez, who appears as “Agent 1” in the trial, wonderfully entertained Aldama during the ceremony in which he received the Medal of Merit of the Civil Guard, signed by the minister himself; The Director General of Coordination and Studies of the Ministry of the Interior has already recognized the purchases of masks without following the protocols and the interventions of Koldo in the contract with the company Management Solutions.

Given the implications of the Ministry of the Interior in this affair, the moral and legal reproach is greater, since it is the institution which, through the security forces, has the direct responsibility and competence to continue the practices of corruption. And the concern that we citizens may have is even greater if we see that at the National Police, the chief inspector of the UDEF (Economic and Fiscal Delinquency Unit) himself is arrested with tens of millions in cash and cryptocurrencies.
And for widespread institutional corruption to definitively penetrate the state, it is a priority that it infiltrates the police and security forces who should pursue it. And this contamination is exactly what Marlaska caused with her connivance or, at least, allowed with her incompetence.

But as we have said, and as there is no evil that does not benefit anyone, it is the corrupt State itself and the mafia of omertà that make President Sánchez prefer to defend himself with a very burned Minister of the Interior. This is surely what motivates Marlaska’s survival; Well, that and the physical principle of excremental buoyancy.
