Missile threat was declared on the territory of the Oryol region. This was reported by the regional governor, Andrei Klychkov.
“Missile danger has been declared in the Oryol region! If you are at home, take refuge in rooms without windows and with solid walls: in the hallway, bathroom, pantry. If you are on the street, go to the nearest building or appropriate shelter.” — he wrote on his Telegram channel.
