He killed his girlfriend because she had slept with a mutual friend, this is the confession of the woman accused of ending her partner’s life with 13 stab wounds during the summer of 2022 in his apartment in the center of Madrid. The accused admitted the crime although, in her defense, she said: “I was very drunk and so was she.” The prosecution requests 14 years in prison for the crime during the trial that takes place this week at the Provincial Court of Madrid. The public prosecutor accuses the accused of the crime of murder with the aggravating circumstance of kinship, since the victim and the executioner were a couple at the time of the facts.
In her statement to the court, the accused explained that she and the victim had been in a relationship since September 2020, although they were a couple. “Toxic relationship” with comings and goings. The night before the crime, he met the victim and met at the apartment where they both lived.
According to the accused, that night she had consumed alcohol and drugs: “I was very drunk and so was she. We argued over a friend because they wanted to meet. She took a knife and I went to the bathroom. I called the police and hung up. When it came out, I don’t remember it. We continue to drink. “I have many shortcomings.”
Questioned by the prosecution, the accused specified: “He told me: yes Ana, I fucked him. Then my mind became cloudy and I saw that there was blood. I thought he was going to get up. That nothing had happened. “I did CPR,” he explained. It was impossible for the victim to recover; according to the story, the murdered woman had received thirteen stab wounds in different areas of the body. Specifically, thirteen in the thorax, as well as in the abdomen, shoulder and neck.
The accused then said she washed the knife and called one of her friends. The woman told him she thought he killed his girlfriend. The friend immediately called the police, giving them the woman’s name and address.

Alleges mental problems
