Jaguar is recalling 2,760 I-Pace electric cars due to fire risk.

The British automaker has not addressed the issue during previous recall campaigns. Now, the 2019 models will be recalled from owners in the United States.
The problem is that batteries overheat and have a high risk of fire. The company tried to solve the problem by updating the software in previous campaigns. However, car owners continued to complain about overheating.
In August, Jaguar advised drivers to park their cars in open areas, away from buildings.
According to CarsCoops, three 2019 vehicles were reported to have caught fire despite the software update.
