The Gagarinsky District Court of Moscow received a lawsuit from the director of the Great Moscow Circus and trainer Edgard Zapashny for the protection of honor, dignity and business reputation. This was reported by the joint press service of the Moscow courts of general jurisdiction on the Telegram channel.
The defendant in the statement of claim mentions the telegram channel “Circus”, which spread false and defamatory information.
“According to the plaintiff, they are intended to form in the reader an opinion of the plaintiff as a lustful, sexist person, an immoral monster.” – says the message.
The court decided to leave the lawsuit without progress due to procedural violations.
