Oku.Az reports that the collected materials were presented to the court along with the indictment.

A preliminary hearing on the case was held on November 22, 2024 at the Khazar District Court in Baku.

It turned out that Javid Ilgar oglu Dunyamaliyev and Jalil Huseyn oglu Jalilov, charged under articles 271.3, 272.3 and 273-1.4.2 of the Criminal Code, use the “e-health.gov.az” site of the Ministry of Health. , “miq.edu” of the Ministry of Science and Education az” and other databases, after illegally accessing personal data of citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan through cyber interference, are transferred to special servers owned by them. transmitted.

Subsequently, they announced the sale of that information through anonymous pages they created on “Telegram” and other social networks.

The criminals shared personal information of several influential people in the country in the commercials they created in order to attract interest and mentioned that they can sell the personal information of any citizen for money.

After the activities of these people were exposed, the personal data they collected and the possibility of illegal access to relevant information systems were blocked.

The next trial will take place on December 13.
