Ali Azer oglu Alakbarli, a graduate of Harvard Law School, has been hired in the Legislative Development Sector of the Department of Legislation and Legal Policy of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Ali Alakbarli graduated with honors from the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan as a presidential academician in jurisprudence. He graduated from Harvard University with a Master of Laws (LLM).
In 2021, Ali Alakbarli was admitted to the PhD level of the Faculty of Law of Baku State University, specializing in civil law, business law, family law and private international law, and participated in academic programs organized by Stanford University and Yale University.
Ali Alakbarli started his career as a lawyer at “AZIP Law Firm” LLC in 2019 and from August 2022 to June 2023 he worked as a Leading Specialist at the Center for Legal Expertise and Legislative Initiatives.
It should be noted that starting in 2023, the head of the Legislative Development Sector of the Department of Legislation and Legal Policy is Araz Poladov, a graduate of Harvard Law School.
