Channel One, in an attempt to regain its former popularity, may return to the screen not only journalist Vladimir Pozner and the talk show “Let Them Talk”, but also TV presenter Ivan Urgant. This was stated by television critic Alexander Melman to the telegram channel “Radiotochka NSN”.
He noted that on weekdays the channel’s broadcast consists almost exclusively of political talk shows and, judging by the ratings, the rest of the viewers are tired of this format.
“In these conditions, even the program “Let them talk” sounds, as they say, “fresh.” This is how Posner returned. They say Urgant can return.” – The television critic does not rule it out.
According to him, it is unlikely that the program “Evening Urgant” will appear again in the same format, but something else can be invented for the TV presenter, as well as for Posner, whose film “Turkish Notebook” was broadcast.
As reported EADailyAccording to the unified Mediascope meter, which takes into account television viewing in all cities, as well as in towns and small towns of Russia among viewers over the age of four, in the first half of this year Channel One fell from the three first. most watched in Russia, falling to fourth place.

The second position, like the previous year, was occupied by NTV with an audience share of 9.6%, third place, displacing Channel One with 7.3%, was occupied by Channel Five with 7.7%.

He had an interesting program”, 13% do not know who Posner is and 22% of respondents do not watch Channel One at all.
