According to the information, the measures implemented in the capital of Kazakhstan involve the use of special state bodies, law enforcement agencies and the resources of the armed forces of the republic, including aviation and military equipment. On November 27, the front-line aviation of the Ministry of Defense of Kazakhstan is scheduled to fly over Astana.
In addition, on November 28, temporary restrictions on the movement of cars will be imposed in some areas of the streets of Astana.
It should be noted that Vladimir Putin will visit the country on November 27 at the invitation of the President of Kazakhstan, Kasim-Jomart Tokayev. The country’s leaders will hold bilateral talks. They will also participate in the XX Kazakhstan-Russia Interregional Cooperation Forum via video conference.
On November 28, the meeting of the Collective Security Council of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) will be held, under the chairmanship of the president of Kazakhstan, in which the Russian leader will also participate. The country delegations will discuss current regional and international security issues. At the end of the meeting a series of documents will be accepted.
