The former head of the Mobilization Service is not satisfied with his pension: he demands 32 thousand manats

The former head of the State Military Service and Mobilization Service of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, Major General Sakhavat Salmanov, filed a complaint with the court regarding his pension.

According to information obtained by Lent.az, the general, who retired in 2019, points out that the allowance he received is small. The former boss claims that the pension he received since 2019 was not calculated correctly. For this reason, he states that 32,407 manats are missing and demands that that amount be delivered to him.

He first appealed in this regard to the Baku Administrative Court. However, Sakhavat Salmanov’s claim was not satisfied in this case. In this case, the former boss appealed the decision of the court of first instance to the Baku Court of Appeal.

The first session of the court will be held on November 7.

It should be noted that on January 21, 2019, Sakhavat Ibrahim oglu Salmanov was relieved of his position as head of the State Service for Mobilization and Military Service by a decree signed by the former chairman of the Supreme Assembly of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic. Vasif Talybov. In 2015, he was awarded the high military rank of major general.
