Composer and guitarist Shura (Alexander Uman) from the group Bi-2 has moved again. He told this to the RUS TVNet portal.
“I moved to Riga ten days ago and I live here, just around the corner.” – said.
Answering the question why he chose Riga to move to, the musician replied: “Well, you know, I can’t go to Moscow.”
In two weeks, the group begins a European tour, and Shura’s home is in San Diego (USA).
“It’s too far away. Flying 18 hours to Europe is very long and the jet lag is just terrible.” – explained the musician.
As reported EADailyAfter the start of a special military operation, the entire Bi-2 group fled Russia.
In a recent interview, Shura said he had already experienced four emigrations. First, in 1991, he moved from Belarus to Israel, where he lived with his family for a year and a half, then he lived in Australia for 9 years, and then moved to Russia, from where he also left for the United States.
