The Municipal Transport Company of Madrid (EMT Madrid) will operate, from Thursday November 28 to December 1, a special free bus service to connect the García Noblejas metro stations and the Metropolitan Stadium, on the occasion of the works that will be carried out on suburban line 7.
The special EMT Madrid service in the metropolitan direction will start its journey at stop 244, located at Calle de los Hermanos García Noblejas, 70, next to the metro station. From there, buses will continue their journey to Amposta Street, 8 (stop 4392), near the Simancas metro station. The journey will continue to node 2353, on Pobladura del Valle Street, opposite Hellín Avenue, next to the San Blas metro station. The next stop (node 4420) will be at the Las Musas metro station, on Calle María Sevilla Diago, 24, and the route will continue to the San Blas road in Coslada, in front of the Metropolitan Stadium (node 4420). 17388). The end of the line will be located at stop 50009, next to the football field.
In the opposite direction, towards García Noblejas, users must take the exit located on Arcentales Avenue, next to the Metropolitan Stadium (stop 50009). From there, buses will go to Las Musas metro station, on María Sevilla Diago street, opposite number 16 (stop 4419). Then, the special service will continue its journey to the San Blas metro exit (stop 2352), on Pobladura del Valle street with Hellín avenue. The next intermediate stop will be located at Amposta Street, 1 (node 2344), next to the Simancas metro entrance. The tour will end at Calle de los Hermanos García Noblejas, 70, next to the metro station.
To provide this special service, EMT Madrid has made available up to ten buses during peak traveler hours on weekdays and up to six vehicles during weekends and public holidays. The first morning departures are scheduled at 6:05 a.m. from both heads every day of the week. The last scheduled departure will be at 2:08 a.m. from García Noblejas and 1:50 a.m. from the Metropolitan Stadium.
The service frequency of these replacement buses on weekdays will be between four and eight minutes from the start of the service until 11:00 p.m., while it will be six to fifteen minutes from 11:00 p.m. and until the end of the service. . During weekends and public holidays, the frequency of passage is planned between six and ten minutes from the start to midnight and eight to fifteen minutes from midnight until the end of the service.
Access to these special buses will be free, but all travelers will have to validate their transport ticket when boarding, either with their Personal Public Transport Card (TTP) or with their multi-journey card. In any case, the trip will not be reduced upon validation. If they do not have a transport ticket, the user must ask the driver for a single ticket free of charge.
