The criminal investigation of Imran Yusifov (conditional), accused of intentionally causing minor harm to health, concluded in the Absheron District Court.
According to information obtained by Pravda.az, the sentence was read in the trial presided over by Judge Jamila Safiyeva.
According to the court’s verdict, the criminal case was concluded and I. Yusifov was exempt from criminal responsibility.
According to the indictment, the incident occurred on June 11, 2024 at around 10:00 p.m. in the Absheron region.
Thus, Imran Yusifov and his ex-wife, the victim Ilaha Farajova (conditional), had a disagreement over the division of the shared land and argued. During the dispute, he attacked the victim and intentionally slapped and hit her on the face, head, arms and different parts of the body, and kicked her legs.
After the incident, Ilaha Farajova called the “102” service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and gave information, and Imran Yusifov was arrested and criminally charged.
The victim filed an application with the court, stating that she has reconciled with the accused, that she has no complaints or lawsuits against him and requested the termination of the proceedings in the case.
