The criminal trial against Davud Hasanov (probation), accused of intentionally causing minor harm to health, concluded in the Nasimi District Court.
According to information obtained by Pravda.az, the sentence was read in the trial presided over by Judge Babek Panahov.
According to the court verdict, he was sentenced to a fine of 1,000 manats.
According to the prosecution, the incident took place this year in Nasimi district.
Thus, Davud Hasanov divorced his ex-wife NN and lives with his daughter, the victim Sabina Hasanova (conditional).
He said in his court testimony that although he repeatedly ordered his daughter not to go to her mother’s house, she did not comply. The morning of the incident, when he took his daughter to work in his car, they discussed this topic again. During the conversation, Davud became angry and yelled at Sabina. At that moment, his daughter wanted to get out of the car. But he didn’t allow it. Later, Davud grabbed Sabina’s arm and slapped her because she was angry. Then his daughter pushed him and got out of the car. Although Dawood demanded his daughter get into the car, the victim protested.
According to the accused, although he wants to reconcile with his daughter, it is not allowed.
