The prosecution in the CryptoSpain case requests the indictment of Alvise Pérez and the blocking of all his accounts

New chapter of the judicial “party” against Alvise Pérez. After this Thursday admitted to having received 100,000 euros in cash Álvaro Romillo also investigated and try escape the crime of illegal financing that The Supreme Prosecutor’s Office is studying itthis Friday the Association of Cryptocurrency Users requested the indictment from the leader of the group of voters “The party is over” (SALF). The document, to which laSexta had access and also presented the private accusation in the case against CryptoSpain for scamalso demands the blocking of the accounts of the now MEP.

Thus, the representation of those affected by Romillo’s “cryptochiringuito” demands that the judge of the National Court José Luis Calama – who this week asked the prosecution if he should open an investigation against Alvise Pérez on this issue – that he be summoned to testify as an investigator to the MEP.

Likewise, they ask the criminal record of the agitator, as well as the National Police to identify “the different existing bank accounts in the name of the accused” and the Commercial Register provides the “information about all assets” the property of which also belongs to the MEP.

Concerning the precautionary measures, “with the sole aim of ensuring financial responsibilities”, the Association of Cryptocurrency Users asks Judge Calama to proceed with the block all your bank accounts and the prohibition on disposing of real estate belonging to the accused.

Added to all this is Alvise Pérez’s request to appear before the magistrate. A requirement that the prosecution justifies in its intention to request more precautionary measures, but on this occasion to avoid the risk of flight, the destruction of evidence and the repetition of the crime.

This extension of the complaint is justified in the document in which “a clear link can be observed” between Alvise and Romillo, through “through some videos published” by the owner of the ‘Madeira Invest Club’, in which the MEP “participates in the promotion of the activity” of “cryptochiringuito”. In these, the document states, Pérez encourages “viewers to open wallets and invest capital in said entity”, which, according to him, contributes “to the development of this illicit platform”.
