Hikmat Mammadov, vice president of the Agency for the Development of Small and Medium Enterprises (KOBIA), was dismissed.
According to Modern.az, he was relieved of his position some time ago.
It should be noted that Hikmet Mammadov was born in 1977. In 2003-2009 he studied Law at the Moscow State Open University.
On November 16, 2021, he was appointed vice-chairman of the board of directors of the Agency for the Development of Small and Medium Enterprises of the Republic of Azerbaijan (KOBIA).
