National Court judge Ismael Moreno once again rejected the possibility that former minister José Luis Ábalos could appear as a victim in the Koldo case, in which the main investigator is his main Transport advisor, Koldo García Izaguirre.
In the order presented by EL ESPAÑOL, the magistrate asks Ábalos to contradict the audit ordered by the current minister Óscar Puente before the Court.
