One person died and four others were injured in a road accident recorded this Wednesday afternoon on the HU-7100 highway in Almonaster la Real (Huelva), as reported by the 112 emergency service of Andalusia.
At 7:45 p.m., the Health Emergency Center 061 alerted the Emergency Telephone 112 of a car that had left the road at kilometer 14 of the aforementioned highway, which connects the neighborhoods of Valdelamusa (Cortegana) and Gil Márquez (Almonaster ).
Health personnel requested the presence of firefighters to free two of the five occupants of the car who were trapped.
The vehicle was also unstable and I ran the risk of falling into the void.
Firefighters, the Civil Traffic Guard and road maintenance were quickly mobilized.
Health workers and firefighters confirmed that one person died as a result of the accident.
Furthermore, the four other occupants of the vehicle, about whom no further information has been released, were injured and were evacuated to a hospital.
Highway HU-7100 remained closed to traffic while emergency services were on scene.
