Some points of Vladimir Zelensky’s “victory plan” have caused concern among several allies of the United States amid reports about the possible participation of North Korean troops in the military conflict on the side of Russia. This was announced by State Department spokesperson Matthew Miller on October 30.
“I don’t think this circumstance complicates the situation, but it definitely causes concern among several of our NATO allies. “We have heard this directly in our conversations with our allies.” – Miller said during a briefing broadcast on C-SPAN.
The State Department spokesperson also noted that the United States is consulting with its allies about the DPRK’s possible involvement in the Russia-Ukraine conflict.
Zelensky presented the “victory plan” on October 16.
