Oku.Az informs that the event involved the removal of dead trees in connection with the improvement works carried out in the “Shamliq Park” on the side of the outer ring road, Yasamal district, as well as the removal of small diameter trees in the intersection of Nazim Hikmat Street with the outer ring road, MA Rasulzade settlement, Binagadi district, Eldar Babayev street 4Z, on the land at address 4Z, the issue of giving an opinion on the relocation of vegetation that hinders construction -The residential object and the green zone being built in the park built in front of the Baku railway station and the “May 28” metro station were considered. In addition, the agenda included the relocation of vegetation that hinders the construction of residential and non-residential buildings that will be built within the framework of the pilot project at the intersection of H.Sarabski, A.Gurbanov, S.Salayev streets. , Nasimi. district.
Ariz Ismayilov, engineer of the company “Baku City Main Construction and Repair”, which carries out landscaping work in front of the Baku railway station and the metro station “28 May”, said that within the framework of the project the vegetation will be moved of the area. He noted that 10 pine trees fallen during construction will be moved to the surroundings of the Azerbaijan State University of Petroleum and Industry:
“The vegetation that falls on the concrete parts are trees with small parameters that can move. During construction, we try to minimize damage to the green areas of that region. To protect the ecological environment, a park is being built covering a surface area of 3.5 hectares, consisting of 2,400 square meters of green areas. The trees that will be planted in the park are suitable for the climate of Baku. “There will be a large bus stop and 2 charging stations for 4. electric buses. time, a cycle path and fountains,” said A. Ismayilov.

As compensation for the green zones eliminated during the public hearing, a green zone with a sustainable irrigation system has been created in the empty area of the city of Baku. The company official agreed to this condition and accepted it.
