Preparations for snow in the winter season continue in accordance with approved event plans in all regions of Baku.
Oku.Az informs that the executive authority of the city of Baku has published information in this regard.
It was reported that, first of all, special equipment of the city and district communal services was prepared, repair work was carried out on a number of residential and non-residential buildings and additional measures were taken.
“In order to supervise the work carried out, the executive branch of the city of Baku appointed a responsible person for each district, who, together with representatives of local executive bodies, periodically ensure the implementation of measures to prepare for the snow in the districts. and we have checked the status of execution of the assigned tasks and the work carried out”, – highlights the information.
It was noted that within the framework of these works, with the aim of discussing preparations for winter snow in the Nizami, Binagadi and Nasimi districts of the capital, officials of the executive branch of the city of Baku, the district administration, public services, administrations and organizations, heads of educational institutions and other relevant institutions, as well as private operational consultations were held with the participation of sector representatives. During the consultations, the report of the person in charge of each field was heard.
It was stressed that all institutions in the regions must know exactly the tasks assigned to them in the winter months, be able to quickly solve problems that may arise and create sufficient salt and the necessary reserves in places.
It was added that each organization should actively participate in the implementation of seasonal preparations and take appropriate measures to clear the adjacent area of snow and ice during precipitation. In addition to the equipment of communal institutions, in the snow removal work it was decided to use the existing equipment of departments, organizations, municipalities and private institutions.
During the consultations, a specific division of functions between the institutions of the regions was determined and tasks were assigned to the responsible persons. At the same time, directors of public catering establishments, private institutions and public representatives were called upon to closely participate in the cleaning of their respective territories in accordance with the standards adopted in European countries on snow days.
