An 11-year-old boy drowned while on vacation with his parents in the Cherepovets water park in the Vologda region. This was reported by the press service of the Investigative Directorate of the Russian Investigative Committee for the region.
“The investigative department of the city of Cherepovets of the Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Vologda region, after the discovery of the body of a child, opened a criminal case for a crime provided for in part 1 of article 109 . of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (causing death by negligence). According to investigators, an 11-year-old boy drowned in a water park in the city of Cherepovets while on vacation with his parents. – the message said.
Investigators from the city’s investigation department arrived at the scene. As part of the investigation, an inspection of the scene of the incident was carried out, eyewitnesses were questioned, and a forensic medical examination was ordered. Security camera images were also examined.
