The “IAOM Eurasia” conference and exhibition was held in Baku on September 24-25 under the coordination and hosting of the Association of Grain Producers and Processors of Azerbaijan, with the gold sponsorship of “Agro Dairy”.
At the opening ceremony of the Conference of the International Association of Operative Millers (IAOM), which was held for the first and third time in Baku, the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Azerbaijan Majnun Mammadov together with the Minister of Agriculture and Forestry of Turkey Ibrahim Yumakli, the president of the State Reserve Agency of Azerbaijan Sabuhi Sadigov, the president of the Association of Grain Producers and Processors of Azerbaijan, the executive director of “Agro Dairy” Niyazi Amirbeyov, the president of the IAOM of United States, Fran Churchill, and Eurasia IAOM Director Eren Gunhan Ulusoy spoke.
At the organization’s next conference, which brings together leaders and professionals of the wheat and flour industry from 32 countries in the region, the topics “Macroeconomic impact of cereal markets in the Eurasian region”, “Dynamics of the grain and flour market in the Caucasus region”, “Advancement of innovation and digital transformation”, “Sustainability perspective of millers” will be discussed, and panel discussions were held with the participation of leaders and professionals in the field .
In the exhibition part of the event, which took place with the participation of 250 companies and 500 representatives, cereal producers, flour processors and commercial representatives met and had the opportunity to establish cooperative relationships.
The “IAOM Eurasia” conference and exhibition, of great importance to be held in our country, brings together stakeholders in the relevant grain processing and equipment production industries, and provides opportunities to discuss modern market trends, exchange ideas and establish new cooperative relations and achieve agreements.
