Ten startups focused on cybersecurity aspects and engaged in digital security have been selected to participate in the business acceleration program INCIBE is committedcoordinated by the European Center for Business and Innovation (CEEI Valencia) and the National Cybersecurity Institute (INCIBE).
This Thursday, the two entities presented the names of the ten selected companies during the launch event of the first INCIBE Emprende acceleration program which took place at the CEEI facilities in Valencia. During the kick-off, the program and the team of mentors and the CEEI itself who will lead the program were presented, as well as a networking session between the participants.
The chosen startups are Animalia, Bailardi, BSC Solutions, Igrowker, Nuvol Engineering, Bluease, Yourcompliances Seize Venture, Tec-Aliado, yesh³ Trece Treces Digital and Valua Arts & Crafts.
“Today we are starting this acceleration program which will help ten startups and their founders to make the best decisions, to grow and consolidate their sales, in a way secure digital environment. Other renowned founders and CEOs will guide them in this process”, explains Ramón Ferrandis, CEO of the European Center for Business and Innovation of Valencia (CEEI Valencia), who emphasizes that “the CEEI will continue to focus on the training of talents and the promotion of entrepreneurship with “how are you” initiatives.
In this sense, since CEEI Valencia Talents from the entrepreneurial and investment ecosystem were incorporated to serve as mentors in project development, as well as professionals in strategic roles in their startups. The acceleration program was designed by renowned advisors from CEEI Valencia and will provide the ten startups with a list of specialized trainers and mentors with experience in the sector.
Among them are Marcos Garcia (Nostromolabs); Llum Pinter (Plug-and-Play); Carlos de Otto (Calidalia); Quique Vicedo and Fernando Dolç (Airbiometrics); Jordi Oliver (Group S2); Maribel Vilaplana; Paloma Mas (the terminal pole); María Tatay (CASFID); Leticia Gonzalbez (Sesame HR); Fran Rabbits (Zinkee); Miguel Pérez (Tuakiri); Cristian Cañadas (legal action); Juan Enrique Valero (CaixaBank); Andrés Garcia (Sifdi) or Alex Valero (Alma Capital), among others.
A boost to cybersecurity
The program, lasting six months with 15 sessions, will run until May 2025 and will have a price of 10,000 euros. This initiative will also provide access to funding with a demonstration day at the end of the program, expand the network of contacts and participate in ecosystem events. It will include 90 hours of face-to-face training with experts, 45 hours of tailored mentoring, 45 hours of legal, tax, accounting and social advice and an additional 15 hours of digital marketing consultancy.
This new INCIBE Emprende program includes two incubation editions and two acceleration editions over the period 2024-2026, as part of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan (PRTR) and is financed by the Next Generation-EU Funds .

Animal
Technology start-up aimed at ensuring that all animals are healthy and happy, for which they design virtual assistants with AI to carry out sorting, detect behavioral problems or psychologically support pet owners in palliative conditions or terminal.
Bailardi
It offers consulting services and carries out engineering projects in aerospace, aeronautical and naval architecture, as well as technical assistance and direction of their execution. They are specialized in the design and development of construction projects for all types of boats. They deal with the research and development of artificial intelligence applications in the field of software reinforcement learning.
BSC Solutions
Technology activities that include the development and implementation of software and hardware for cybersecurity applications based on smart contracts recorded in a proprietary distributed network. This distributed network has specifically developed cryptographic hardware and software, providing quantum resistance. In it, each NFT deploys its own blockchain, with unlimited storage capacity in MB for each record associated with the NFT.
Producer
It connects companies with junior profiles in the IT sector, guaranteeing technical skills and professional skills to stand out in the professional field. Through practical and demanding training, they assess both their knowledge and their ability to work in a team, to adapt to new challenges and to solve real problems. Its goal is to ensure companies have talent ready to add value from day one, reducing risks and improving recruitment processes.
Nuvol Engineering
Specializing in the digitization and analysis of high-precision geospatial data. Using drones, laser scanning and photogrammetry, it offers advanced solutions for capturing and processing large volumes of data, generating detailed 3D models of complex environments. The platform allows big data processing to be outsourced, eliminating the need for expensive infrastructure and reducing operating costs in sectors such as construction, civil engineering and environment.
Bluease
Platform that facilitates the organization and evaluation of sustainable events, helping them align with international regulations and protocols. Users can generate personalized and automatic sustainability plans, calculate the carbon footprint of their events, receive automatic recommendations to optimize processes and generate audited compliance reports. The platform centralizes all relevant information, facilitating access to the tools, data and guides needed to implement sustainable strategies.

Specialist advice on European regulations, focused on consumer goods, to ensure that products comply with European Union directives, facilitating their access to the European market. Cybersecurity is essential to protect confidential customer information and ensure the integrity of services, as it manages technical documentation, declarations of conformity and other documents requiring secure custody.
Tec-Allié
Development and marketing of innovative and effective technology for the pharmaceutical practice. Management of stocks and orders, categories, purchases and customers with software developed in cloud format, marketed in SaaS. It is also scalable in more than 22,000 pharmacies in Spain and compatible with more than 50% of the applications processed in these companies.

Innovative startup that designs immersive cabins equipped with artificial intelligence, aiming to improve mental health and well-being. These cabins are used in corporate and domestic environments and in high demand industries such as aerospace. Cybersecurity is essential in its design, ensuring data protection and user trust in every interaction.

The company focuses on providing creative and artistic solutions to individuals, businesses, foundations and public entities, based on the experience of the Fallas artist profession. Help for entrepreneurs
INCIBE Emprende was born with the objective of boosting entrepreneurship in the field of cybersecurity. It is an initiative whose objectives include strengthening the cybersecurity capabilities of citizens, SMEs and professionals, and promoting the cybersecurity sector ecosystem. During the period 2023-2026, INCIBE will support Spanish cybersecurity entrepreneurs and startups throughout the entrepreneurial process, from the business idea capture phase to incubation and acceleration.
