The Real Madrid bus suffered an accident on its return journey to Madrid after the Whites played in the Champions League match against Liverpool at Anfield on Wednesday evening.
Several drivers saw the front of the bus damaged after it collided with a lorry on the M40 road. The “witnesses” wondered if it was really the white team bus, but the image leaves no doubt, it is the design of the bus that Real Madrid are using this season.
At the moment, we do not know if there are any injuries and if the Real Madrid expedition that went to Liverpool was inside the bus: the players and all the technical staff.
The club always travels with its bus for all matches, both those that Real Madrid plays in Spain and those that it plays abroad. The collision caused the left front headlight of the vehicle to break.
The accident delayed the journey to Madrid. British newspaper The Athletic confirmed that “there were no casualties or major damage to members of the expedition heading towards the Spanish capital.”
