The switching on of the Christmas lights in Madrid takes place in the afternoon of this Thursday, November 28, with a grand opening at Puerta del Sol, like the previous year. These lights will illuminate the city until January 6, 2025, Three Kings Day.

A route through the meninas that decorate Madrid

As has been a tradition for six years, Velázquez’s Las Meninas return to the streets of the capital. Discover 15th-century manuscripts, maps and books in In-Folio

More than 20 old bookstores from Spain, France, Britain and Germany, among others, are coming to the Carlos de Antwerp Foundation in Madrid. From this Thursday and until Sunday, a rigorous selection of manuscripts, engravings, maps and atlases from the 15th to the 20th century will be exhibited in the capital.
