The fact of illegal occupation of the pedestrian sidewalk in the Narimanov district of Baku was discovered.
Oku.Az informs that the General Department of Architecture and Urban Planning of the city of Baku, under the State Committee for Urban Planning and Architecture, has published information in this regard.
According to information, as a result of monitoring carried out by department personnel at Nasib bey Yusifbeyli, 25, Narimanov district, as a result of urban planning control, the fact of illegal occupation of the pedestrian sidewalk for a parking place was discovered :
“Thanks to the prompt intervention of the General Administration employees, unauthorized parking in the area was avoided, the works were immediately stopped and the pavement was returned to its previous state.
Furthermore, to keep the territory under control, the corresponding local executive authority was informed.”
