In the Samara region of the Russian Federation, an explosion occurred on a railway bridge, causing the suspension of railway traffic. According to Russian Telegram channels, an unknown device exploded around 1:30 p.m. on a bridge near the city of Kinel. As a result of the explosion, the traffic islands were damaged, but the tracks were intact.

The Baza telegram channel, close to security forces, reported that the explosion damaged traffic islands and concrete structures of the bridge. Channel sources claim that at the time of the explosion a freight train was crossing the bridge. According to preliminary data, no one was injured.

As journalist Denis Kazansky commented, as a result of “illegal intervention of unauthorized persons in the work of railway transport” in the Samara region of the Russian Federation, a “loud explosion” occurred on the railway bridge.
“Translated into normal human language from the language of Russian propagandists, this means that someone blew up the bridge,” he noted.
