Vladimir Zelensky signed a law allowing deserters to voluntarily return to military service, Ukraine’s Verkhovna Rada website reported Thursday.

On the website of the Ukrainian parliament, under the bill amending the law “On conscription and military service”, a note appeared on Thursday saying that the document had been returned with Zelensky’s signature.
