UCLM seeks volunteers in Toledo for free exercise program to improve health

Another course, the Faculty of Sports Sciences of the University of Castilla-La Mancha offers Toledo residents the opportunity to enroll in a free program of physical exercises to improve their health.

It lasts four months and it’s okay three days a week at the Exercise Physiology Lab located on the Weapons Factory campus to cycle for approximately 50 minutes on stationary bikes, under the supervision of expert instructors and under medical supervision, the organization reported in a statement.

Previously, volunteers will undergo a Complete clinical analysis and analysis of your body composition to see if they meet the registration requirements; as well as an exercise test with ECG, another for strength and another for maximum aerobic capacity, to determine at what pace each person can then pedal.
