As reported by director general of the civil service, Mohamed Rachidthe total number of places is the result of public offer of replacement employmentwhich amounts to 756 placesand the specific public job offerwhich means 575 places.
Under this year’s OPE, more than 70 jobs different in the Basic administration of the Foral Community of Navarra.
They are distinguished by their number 343 secondary school teaching positions, 125 master, 105 nursing positions, 103 of Auxiliary Nursing Technician (TCAE) And 78 local police stationsincluding 51 as first officer and 27 as sub-inspector.
THE public offer of replacement employment aims to cover vacanciesmainly due to retirements either deathand is determined by the cash replacement rate which establishes the State. For his part, the specific public job offer is consistent with what is established by the General Finance Law of the State, which allows each administration to authorize, on an extraordinary basis, the rate necessary to reduce temporary employment in public employment.
By sector, the 756 places of the public replacement job offer is distributed between 294 places for basic administration, 279 for non-university teaching staff And 183 for SNS-O health personnel. The objective of OPE 2024 is to continue the reduction of temporality in the model AdministrationTHE stabilization And consolidation of public employment.
More than 70% of places will be assigned to strengthen the education system And sanitary of the Foral Community. Places in central administration will contribute to the development of the five pillars on which modern administration is based: social, green, digital, 21st century administration and emergency response.
The public replacement job offer is broken down into 294 places for central administration279 for non-university teaching staff and 183 for nursing staff. Regarding positions sanitaryare distributed between 173 places at SNS-O And 10 at the Institute of Public and Professional Health of Navarre (ISPLN)with vacancies for nurses, TCAEs, specialist doctors, among others. Vacancies for health technicians such as laboratory and radiodiagnostic specialists are also detailed.
Finally, regarding the 10 places ISPLNspecialties are distinguished such as a doctor specializing in occupational medicine, a nurse specializing in occupational nursing, a medical inspector and a technician specializing in environmental health.
