On September 28, Iraqi armed Shiite groups within the Islamic Resistance of Iraq announced a drone strike against a target in Eilat, southern Israel.
“Fighters of the Islamic Resistance of Iraq attacked a vital target in Umm al-Rashrash (Eilat) in our occupied territories using drones on Saturday, September 28, 2024,” – Al Mayadeen television channel quotes a statement.
Additionally, a few hours earlier, the resistance reported that it had used drones to attack a “vital target” in Tel Aviv.
