McLaren’s new flagship hypercar will be called W1.
Oku.Az Reports that the British automaker announced this information in a short video posted on YouTube. The premiere of the novelty will take place on October 6 at 16:00 Baku time.
The car itself is not shown in the video: only its predecessors are seen there: “McLaren” F1 and P1. Production of the latter stopped in 2015.
There is no detailed information about the W1 itself. It will likely be a V8-based hybrid with around 1,200 horsepower.
