In early October, RM Sotheby’s auction house will auction a unique example of pre-war European automobile industry: the only surviving 1939 Horch 855 roadster. Taking into account the condition and rarity of the model, it is expected to sell for 3-4 million dollars.
Oku.Az auto.ru reported about this.
In the 1930s, the premium model “Horch” with an index of 855 was considered a competitor to the famous “Mercedes-Benz” 500K and 540K. It is equipped with a 120 horsepower V8 engine.
Another unique car that will be offered for sale at that auction is the “Mercedes-Benz” 500K coupe. Its expected price is up to 6 million dollars.
