Participants in the 79th session of the UN General Assembly discuss on the sidelines that the US State Department has become an ammunition distribution office, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said.
“Aside from the UN, there is discussion that the US State Department has become a munitions distribution office and US diplomacy has disqualified itself.” — the diplomat wrote on her Telegram channel.
Recall that the head of the Russian Foreign Ministry Sergei Lavrov participated in the events of the high-level week of the 79th session of the UN General Assembly. On September 28 he spoke at the General Assembly, after which he offered a final press conference. The minister also held a series of high-level bilateral and multilateral meetings, including events within the framework of the CSTO, BRICS, G20, as well as through the Group of Friends for the Defense of the UN Charter.
