The facts occurred precisely last Wednesday around 2:30 p.m. when a man of Moroccan nationality, without saying a wordcaught a minor by the arms while describing her as “pretty”, as reported by the National Police in a press release.
Another minor and two boys who were at the intermodal station in the Balearic capital witnessed these events and criticized the now arrested man for his behavior when they saw that the victim was afraid. When these young people went to help the minor, she managed to get away from him and flee the scene.
After that, the 55-year-old man took out a box cutter from his clothes and showed it with intention of wanting to nail it to the other minor who came to the aid of the victim. Faced with the situation, the minor also started running and asking for help.
Security officers from the Intermodal station became aware of the events and went to the scene to locate the individual, hold him on the ground and wait for the arrival of a National Police patrol, which finally took charge. the intervention.
