The Russian Investigative Committee continues to identify all defendants in the case of former Deputy Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation, General of the Army Dmitry Bulgakov. This is stated in the materials of the criminal case at the disposal of TASS.
“In this criminal case, it is necessary to identify all accomplices to the crimes, carry out other investigative and procedural actions, the need for which arises during the investigation,” – it is said in the case materials.
Now, in addition to the former vice minister, there are two more defendants in the case: his fellow student Gennady Seleznev and general director of the company “Neva-Balt SPb” german yakovlev.
All of them are accused of fraud on a particularly large scale (part 4 of article 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). The criminal case against Bulgakov is related to the conclusion of contracts for the installation and configuration of indoor and outdoor lighting systems at the Military Medical Academy that bears his name. SM Kirov in St. Petersburg, which should have led to more economical electricity consumption.
