Emmanuel Macron visited the reconstruction work on Notre-Dame before its reopening on December 7 in the company of to the mayor of Paris, Anne Hidalgo, and to Mgr Laurent Ulrich.
The project had a budget of 700 million euros. Work will continue until 2030.
