According to Article 5281 of the Code of Administrative Offenses, the competent institution drew up an administrative protocol against the head of the Ganja-Dashkasan Regional Department of Education, Elchin Vagif oghlu Karimov.
The protocol was drawn up for non-compliance with the legal requirements of the executive official in relation to the execution of decisions of the court or other bodies, or for non-execution of an executive document obliging the debtor to perform certain actions or refrain from performing certain actions within of the period determined by the executive director without any reason.
According to information obtained by Modern.az, the case will be heard in the Ganja Municipal Court under the presidency of Judge Liza Khanmammadova.
It should be noted that if the protocol is approved, the head of the department may be fined between 1,200 and 2,500 manats.
It should be noted that on October 30, Elchin Vagif oghlu Karimov was appointed head of the Ganja-Dashkasan Regional Education Department.
