DANA loses forces but AEMET leaves 12 provinces on alert, with Castellón and Tarragona at “significant risk”

The provinces of Teruel (Aragon), Ávila and Salamanca (Castile and León) and the autonomous city of Ceuta continue to display a yellow warning due to precipitation that will fluctuate between 15 and 20 liters per square meter in one hour.
