The debt of the blogger and founder of wish marathons Elena Blinovskaya in the amount of about 1.5 billion rubles to the Federal Tax Service (Federal Tax Service) has completely disappeared. This was noted by the telegram channel Shot.
“Officially, the queen of marathons, who is in a pre-trial detention center, now owes nothing to the Russian tax authorities. At least for now.” – says the publication.
The marathon runner’s tax attorney said he still doesn’t understand how this happened.
As reported EADailyAccording to investigators, Blinovskaya, through her husband, evaded paying taxes worth 918 million rubles. Then they legalized part of these funds in the amount of 706 million rubles.
According to court documents, since 2019, all companies that participated in the blogger’s profit plan received income worth 5.05 billion rubles.
In early October, the court lifted the arrest of Blinovskaya’s accounts. According to the court decision, the total amount of funds from which the seizure was made is about 80 million rubles. The total amount of the fine still amounts to more than 1.4 billion rubles.
The Moscow Arbitration Court declared Blinovskaya bankrupt and her property is subject to sale.
