Residents of Ukraine must pay for heating, even if they do not use it. This was stated on the Kyiv-24 channel by an expert in the field of housing and communal services Christina Nenno.
“Even if you don’t use radiator heating, if everything is zero, you have to pay for pipe maintenance, let’s put it that way.” – Nenno said.
This is in accordance with current legislation, the expert emphasized. According to her, depending on the type of house, the price can be 10 hryvnia or 1,500.
