Pilar Sánchez Acera, chief of staff of the current minister Óscar López when he was chief of staff of the president of the government, Pedro Sánchez, failed to provide Juan Lobato with a copy of the original email in which Alberto González Amador’s lawyer admitted the commission of tax fraud.
Sánchez Acera received from a currently unknown source and sent Lobato —so that he can use it in the Assembly against the president of Madrid, Isabel Díaz Ayuso, companion of González Amador.— A mutilated document.
This is clear from the contrast between the authentic email from lawyer Carlos Neira, known by EL ESPAÑOL, and the document that Sánchez Acera sent to the former secretary general of the Socialist Federation of Madrid.
This latest document became known this Friday, after Lobato submitted it to the Supreme Court. —investigation into email leak to media— the minutes of the demonstrations notarized on November 6.
This notarial deed contains the conversation that Oscar López had with Lobato’s chief of staff on March 14. That morning, from 10 a.m., the Madrid socialist leader was going to question Díaz Ayuso in the Madrid Assembly.
An hour and a half before, at 8:30 a.m.Sánchez Acera sent him the letter from lawyer Neira —“Certainly, two crimes were committed against the Public Treasury” by González Amador, it was recognized— and added several comments: “You can remove it”, “remove it in the question” [que Lobato iba a hacer a Ayuso]“Who is lying, Ms. Ayuso, you or your boyfriend? It looks like it’s you” (sic).
“The picture [de Lobato] with the letter It’s powerful,” concluded López’s chief of staff.
The term “letter” —instead of an email— It’s revealing. Lobato also uses it when responding to Sánchez Acera at 8:39: “But was this letter published anywhere? It has no date“, observed again three days ago the secretary general of the PSOE of Madrid.
The document “transmitted” to Pilar Sánchez Acera and which she in turn sends to Juan Lobato resembles, in its physical appearance, a letter. In reality, it was a e-mail from which someone deleted Carlos Neira’s identity and email address (which is irrelevant, because the lawyer signs his name at the end of the message), date and subject: ” Proposal for criminal compliance in relation to an offense against the public Treasury”.
Also the “Complainant: AEAT” has been removed (Special Delegation of the AEAT of Madrid)”.
And above all, the part which included the recipients of the mail was deleted: the Prosecutor’s Office for Economic Crimes and Virna Alonsowho is the coordinating prosecutor.
The author of the mutilation of the email written by González Amador’s defense did not want it known which specific prosecutors had received it.
“Let’s see this”
Juan Lobato is suspicious of the origin of the leak and insists on asking his interlocutor in Moncloa “how do we have the letter? Has it been published anywhere?”
Sánchez Acera responds “because it happens, the media has it”. But he sees the need to ensure it: “Let’s see. So that you are more supported. If that’s the case [que la tienen los medios o que se ha publicado] I tell you. Otherwise, you have him in the rearguard. »
“Yes please (…), I need it to know where I got it from. Because otherwise it would seem that the prosecution gave it to me” replies Lobato.
At that time, 8:44 a.m. on March 14, no media had reproduced the image from an email. Two media, Cadena SER and eldiario.eshad published a few textual paragraphs of e-mailbut not its integrity nor the photo.
Sánchez Acera should have checked this point and at 8:48 a.m. he assured Lobato that The document on the crimes admitted by Ayuso’s boyfriend “will be handed over earlier, for control” to the president, which started at 10 a.m.. And he adds: “I’ll let you know when it comes out.”
Indeed, at 9:29 a.m., Óscar López’s chief of staff sent Lobato a link with the news she had just published. The plural. “That’s it”he told her.
This media is the first to publish the email from the defender of González Amador. Surprisingly, The document is identical to the one that Sánchez Acera had sent an hour earlier to Lobato (with the same mutilations) and the article also calls it a “letter”. “This is the letter from Ayuso’s boyfriend’s lawyer requesting the prosecutor’s approval,” headlines the headline. The pluralhalf-affiliated with the government.
This allows Lobato to question Ayuso with the document in hand, assuring that “this is in the media.”
Later, on the morning of March 14, The country And eldiario.es They reproduce the photo from the document. In both cases, it also concerns the mutilated mail in Moncloa’s possession.
